reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly assist with a
return in accordance with the policy below.

Please note that many of our products are handcrafted by artisans. As a result, slight
variations in colour, texture, or print may occur. These natural inconsistencies are part of
the handmade process and should not be considered faults or defects.

Return Window

We operate a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive
your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@thegift-trunk.co.uk with your order
number and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide
instructions on how to send the item back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will
process the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 working days for
your bank to process the refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
